Job Description

The eBusiness Institute is looking for an experienced Marketer to work on transformation projects with our existing and new clients. (6 months to permanent assignment)

eBusiness Institute is at the forefront of the marketing and sales transformation that consumers are shaping through their changing habits, desires and demands. We see most companies having obsolete marketing functions that need to be modernized in the organization, processes, capabilities, workflows and obviously supporting technologies utilized.

The most important change of all is the shift from a Product Marketing culture to a consumer centric culture that focuses on mass-one-to-one communications that create real value for the receiver.

The Marketing Transformation Consultant works with our clients at the highest level possible (often C-Level) to design, operate and support the transformation of marketing.

While companies are in very different levels of development, we have identified several areas that allow us to help clients get started with the process. Based on the client maturity, this role will customize the best approach to support a client while constantly developing the internal eBusiness Institute library of knowledge so that anything we do strives in the direction of being re-applicable to many other clients.

The Marketing Transformation Consultant will work with internal domain experts and other consultants to create small teams on various projects and clients.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has relevant CPG marketing experience, has covered positions both in the market and at regional/global level, has understanding of marketing across all its aspects, from Product Marketing to Communication and Delivery.

The candidate has a very good understanding of digital channels and has ideally covered positions that have exposed him/her to direct digital marketing work. Equally important, the candidate is curious and demonstrates ability to constantly learn and develop knowledge that clients will require to trust our work.

Due to the nature of the job, the ideal candidate is empathic and understands how to build relationships, educate clients and drive projects forward, he/she is able to spot opportunities, gaps and, working with the EBI experts, formulate project proposals.

We are not looking for someone that has managed teams and has done very little hands-on work, we need people that are willing to challenge themselves to be constantly better than the client so to help them during the transition to a stronger, digitally savvy, tech-empowered marketing organization.

The work this role will be covering is not written in stone as it will evolve constantly as the work with the clients evolve. Some of the responsibilities will cover:
● Strategic (digital transformation, auditing, specific marketing or generally eBusiness strategies, guidelines, playbooks),
● Educational (create trainings, workshops),
● Executional (implementation support).

If you feel that you can manage to gain share of time with clients thanks to your knowledge, shape projects from scratch, constantly challenge your expertise and seek for more, you might be the ideal candidate for this position.


The job requires travel time (about 30-50%) within Europe.
