We create connected commerce experiences through Consulting, Capabilities and Creative development, helping brands to thrive in eBusiness. We are now looking for an Admin & Office Assistant to support our Finance Team.

The role

The Admin & Office Assistant is responsible for the general office administration of our Geneva office, reporting directly to the Finance Manager of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide general support to visitors and guests
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail
  • Provide support to HR, Finance and Sales Dept.
  • Main point of contact for office purchases and suppliers
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal company events
  • Manage travel arrangements (transport and accommodation)
  • Operate and perform office basic maintenance
  • Maintain paper and electronic records
  • Evaluate and implement existing procedures in collaboration with the Finance & Administration Manager
  • Maintain office budget in collaboration with Finance Dept.

What you need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Professional and positive approach 
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong ability to work individually and as a team member
  • Fluent in English and French

Your experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience (ideally in the tourism field)
  • Used to working in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Knowledgeable of general office procedures
  • High school diploma and/or bachelor’s degree
