Background on the Global Shapers event
An initiative of the World Economic Forum, the Global Shapers aim to make significant contributions to the international society. This year’s event will be hosted by the Bucharest Hub and will identify the developments that come with the “4th Industrial Revolution”, characterised “by a fusion of technologies blurring the lines between the physical, digital and biological spheres” (Klaus Schwab, Founder & Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum).
