We chatted with Pilar Pereira, the Head of Creative Agency, and Rémi Faillant, the Creative Director, to find out more about the exciting relaunch of our in-house creative agency.
We are delighted to introduce Alchemy! Our refreshed in-house creative agency. And it’s not just a new name, the agency also has a new logo, and a new website packed with a portfolio of never-before-seen work that we’re incredibly proud to showcase. We’ve combined the best of eBusiness Institute with complementary data services from Lingaro.
Here’s what Pilar and Rémi had to tell us:
Q. What’s Alchemy all about?
Pilar: Alchemy is our re-branded creative agency blending strategy, creative, commerce and data to deliver impactful brand experiences.
Our acquisition by Lingaro, a global data services partner, has provided us with the ideal platform from which to expand our services. We aim to provide our clients with a true end-to-end offering, supported by eBusiness Institute’s consulting and capability building practices our clients know and love, and now including Lingaro’s data and AI capabilities to further strengthen our offering.
Q. Why have you made the change?
Pilar: We wanted a new creative platform from which to showcase our never-before-seen portfolio of work, strengthening our offering as an end-to-end full-service creative agency.
It’s about being more vocal and purposeful about our unique blend of services, ultimately driving business opportunities as clients understand our expanded offering.
Q. What services are you offering?
Rémi: You can rest assured that we’ll continue to offer the same list of trusted services that eBusiness Institute’s creative agency has always provided to clients, from best-in-class creative Amazon toolkits to full advertising campaigns with outstanding production value.
In addition, we are always looking to stay one step ahead, and as AI is shaking up the advertising industry, we’re tapping into the data and AI expertise of Lingaro to be able to provide thought leadership in this space and help our clients stay ahead of the game.

Q. Why the name Alchemy?
Rémi: The name Alchemy stems from the unique blend of work we create within the framework of the 4 pillars of services we provide: strategy, creative, commerce and data. Our Alchemy is the creative force that happens within this space. We don’t produce art, we are in the advertising business, so follow established frameworks to create ‘magic’ for our clients.
This is visually represented in our key visual. Four wire-frame walls, with a bright blend of creativity in the middle, a unique blend that only ‘Alchemy’ can bring to our clients.
Q. What makes Alchemy unique?
Pilar: Our clients and their needs are at the very heart of our approach. By aligning business, technical and creative expertise with our clients’ objectives, we’re able to identify the right channels, platforms and formats, creating innovative solutions.
We’re small but perfectly formed, so we can do anything a larger agency can while providing the added bonus of speed, agility, and a personalized client service too.
We handpick the right team from our talent pool for each brief, across various geographies. The result – you always get the A-Team.
